It's confusing when you first pull in if you have no idea what you're doing. Be aware there is a NINE dollar minimum when dropping off trash! I had to pay $10 to drop off $1.00 worth of trash. I think this is something people should be warned about! Unless I missed a clear posted minimum trash drop off sign, please post one. I already pay almost $400 a year for trash pick up. Hit or miss on the friendliest of the "cashier's" or clerks, whatever their position is. I already don't want to be there, and dealing with rude women doesn't help.
The dumpster have been completely full the first 3 times I went forcing me to go to the top. 4th time I went there were NO dumpsters and people were just dumping their trash on the ground.
If you've never been there before it's not obvious what you're suppsed to do besides watching others and figuring it out. Why are there no signs?!

On BOD at Turtle Cove RV Resort in Buckhead Ridge. This morning when driver was emptying dumpsters he rammed them into the back wall of the location where they set and broke 2 6x8 beams and damaged our fence. This is not the first time he has damaged our property and left the dumpsters on top of the beams that were meant to stop the dumpsters from hitting our fence. The last time we fixed the damage and didn’t say anything- now, we want to file a claim for the damages. This driver is dangerous.

Completely useless. I ordered in advance for a container. It arrived three days late, was picked up a day early, and arrived in late afternoon. I only needed it eight days, only got three. I even paid in advance. Took five representatives to fix the issue because despite the contract and payment no account was ever created. Had price and guaranteed delivery date in writing, didn’t matter. Complete failure and total waste of my time.

EDIT 3 MONTHS LATER: whatever you do, DO NOT PREPAY FOR SERVICES. They can’t find my payment and are charging me late fees. I’ve talked to six different representatives, one said send an email that never got a reply and now four said they’d call me back… every week for a month. At least one had the compassion to hang up on me (this is sarcasm). The payment, despite proof of it and the representative saying they could see it, never went to my account. Now I’m going to have to dispute it from my bank and pay OVER the original $500 because of late fees that shouldn’t even exist just to get away from this business. Genuinely considering a lawyer at this point, this company is ridiculous and this entire situation is maddening, filled with heinous business practices. It’s genuinely the most dysfunctional and disorganized I’ve ever seen.

Also, contacted WM Cares and got a robot email saying sorry this happened, we’ve looked into it, that sucks and nothing else. They reply to look good, don’t fall for it.

And if you can, genuinely if you can, use ANY other company. Check scrap yards to order dumpsters if you can. Avoid WM at all costs.

Genuinely worst business experience of my entire life.

My family and I moved into a new neighborhood in January, we have a large yard and I very soon Noticed that the yard waste truck was not picking up my pile. So after talking to several people at waste management I was instructed to put the piles and small piles that a man would be able to pick up in one arm full. After several attempts I finally got the yard waste truck to come to my house and I had the gentleman show me what size the pile should be. Now here we are again they did not pick up my piles so I waited for the truck to come up the other side of the road , And when I ask them why they did not pick up my piles they said because they do not pick up piles. That needs to be one big pile, which was not what I was told just two months before. And they still didn’t pick up my piles. When I call the office again they told me that I would have to call out a claw truck for any piles that do not fit into a trashcan.

So now I am going to go to the rest of my neighborhood and let them know that we are all going to have to call the claw truck out here every time a rain storm comes through because you see there are so many palm trees and those big leaves do not fit in a trashcan so I guess we will be seeing the claw truck quite often .

I think that it’s terrible that we do not have a choice in service because looking at the reviews across-the-board if there was an option they would lose over half of their customer base.

I’m a dump truck driver I went there today I wasn’t speeding nor doing anything wrong or illegal on the premises cause I was following another truck up the same route and caused more dust then the average cause I was following another truck dave or david he is a big manager there at the facility singled me out cause I had a mustache and being hispanic because the other gentlemen was right infront of me few feet under 10ft distance he flagged me down and took pictures of my truck and falsely claimed those allegations and banned me from the site cause he was on a turfman car smoking a cigarette and he got dust on him he approached me and said that I got whats coming to me for blowing dust on him. Very unprofessional and morgan and morgan is working already on a law suit for discrimination against this company cause i’m pretty sure he does this to other people of color there as well. I hope a ceo or vice president sees this and is willing to reach out.
