I got to hand it to the team here, I recently acquired a gla45 that supposedly made a ton of horsepower. After going back and forth with the original tuner and getting to kick rocks unless I pay them 1600 bucks, with zero insight as to what could be going on with their tune... I reached out to Weistec who went above and beyond explaining their tune options as well as helping me get set up with data logging software to identify the imperfections on my existing tune. They were able to help me identify the the relatively new turbo had a failed wastegate. And the existing tune while not being maximized wasn't hindering the vehicle.

The tuning staff far far exceeded expectations providing me with everything I needed including step-by-step help the data logging software and quick response emails.

I cannot thank the team enough, nor recommend their customer service enough based on this interaction alone. I will absolutely be coming to back for my future tuning needs!

Just did the tune on my '13 E550 using the handheld Cypher programmer. Really couldn't be any easier. Customer service was great, guys were easy to reach and talk to. Turnaround time was fast, even during the holiday period. So the car is completely different now.... way more responsive and fun. Sport mode is truly beast mode and it's hard to maintain traction when getting on it (even with relatively new PS tires). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this setup and the company as a whole.

…instead of waiting a month, I had to wait two months.
I ordered a detail, paid $40 for shipping, and when it arrived, I paid another $40 CAD, so almost $100 for delivery. But that's all nothing compare with what I ordered and I received something different from what was shown in the picture. Be careful, because this dealer is misleading and does not send what was
advertised.

Just had stage 1 w218 ClS550 today. They were quick to answer questions. They gave me a great price on a top rated tune. They shipped same day back to me. No engine lights or problems so far (slow drive in wet conditions). Very satisfied.
Update. Crazy fast, need better tires to manage the torque.

I had my 2016 gla45 tuned by weistec and absolutely love it. The process was very quick and easy to do. Customer service is great and sent me back my tune file in maybe 15 mins. The power increase is incredible and still very smooth. I would highly recommend them across the board especially since they are one of the best priced with the best power numbers. I also got their intake as well when I bought the tube and the quality and fitment are top notch.

Did an ECU tune for my i8. The car picked up noticeably more power with no ill effects. Happy with the result. I was probably a pain the ass to deal with because I didn’t understand what the definition of race exhaust was, so they ended up having to do 2 different files, and they were still patient with me, and their product is excellent.
