They are great. Thank goodness they are in Sacramento. They are the only company in Sacramento that can take photos for international passports. There is no other place in all of Sacramento that can do this. Each country has different photo requirements. They also have many other great video and photography services. Highly recommend them. They can provide hard copy and digital photographs.

The service I received from Brent was outstanding. I submitted my box of mixed media and within 10 days, he delivered a perfect digital file of all my recordings. Watching videos of my children from 20 years ago was just incredible. DO NOT send your media to companies like Legacy Box or iMemories. There is no customer service and you run the risk of losing the originals. Brent was very personable, reasonable and did an amazing job!

This place has is the type of customer service, skill, and quality of work that is so rare to come by these days. I had some large photo prints printed here and they turned out amazing. Will definitely be coming back for any future photo printing needs!

It was so easy to get my family's old vhs/cassette tapes converted. I'm really pleased with how fast the turn around was and how great everything turned out. It was a little pricey, my total with 7 vhs tapes and 1 cassette was something like $250, but my parents are so happy to be able to see their wedding tapes again that I feel okay about the purchase.

The owner or photographer, a skinny older Jewish fella lacks professional decorum. I brought in my kid for passport photos and was very disappointed with its quality. There are places like fed ex or kinko's that deliver identical quality passport photos ( in another words, very avg). I called there office and requested if they can take clearer pictures since these pictures remain in your passport for sometime. The gentleman who was addressing phone calls said that please drive by a we would be glad to retake them. I drove from Elk Grove mind you. When I arrived at the front desk I was met with insolent hello by the photographer and was told that they would only change the contrast and no retake. I did not wish to create an uncomfortable situation so I chose to accept their new offer. (My word of advice to the owner) if your going to be in the public domain it is a great idea to practice patience, kindness and genuine pleasantries. It will ad to your businesses profitability.

Note to owner: Toyota, Honda, Chevy, Ford etc have been in business for over 60 plus years yet every year there cars and trucks that are built that do not meet their quality standards better referred to as ( 🍋) and there some that the manufacturer recall for recurring issues. I do not understand the logic if being in business for 40 years have to do with what transpired the day of photo shoot.

I have some old VHS tapes that needed to be converted to DVD and flash drives and this place does it all for a reasonable price! Great customer service and quality products.

Marty, Brett, Chris and the team do such an incredible job. To have old film converted is not cheap no matter where you do it, but what you pay for with these guys is quality. They don't just transfer film over. They painstakingly restore every foot and then do a frame by frame capture. If you are going to have that kind of work done, this is the place!
