I was so glad to hear you have a dog washing station, but dismayed at how filthy it is! I don't think it's ever been cleaned, much less after each dog. Hair everywhere! Tables covered in dirt, filthy dog brush, etc. No concern over bacteria, etc., extremely unsanitary.

Just thought I would share how useless Cindy the afternoon floor manager is. Called in when I was home from work to figure out when my safe was being delivered. She had no idea when her employee would be delivering my product I purchased online. I had already called this morning when the delivery driver called me and left her a message to call me as I won’t be home tomorrow for delivery. Cindy was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me when I asked her if she could find a solution to my questions. Never cussed at her one time only asked for a solution to not being called back earlier in the day. Hope y‘all can find a manger that knows how to say ‘I don’t have an answer right now but I will personally follow up with you tomorrow with some sort of plan!’ . Just a thought.

Poor customer service from everyone last night. Mick, Cindy and Jennifer are very unprofessional and shouldn't be working in customer service whatsoever. They don't seem happy with they're jobs and should move on to something they enjoy doing because this job is not for them. The poor customer service started as soon as we walked into the store and asked for help up to the second we paid and left. While I was loading our stuff into the truck Mick actually came outside antaginising me making comments and ran back inside as soon as I tried to come talk to him face to face. Once back inside the store I stated what had happened with the other employees but I was made out to be the bad guy and they all threatened to call the sheriff on me although I was the one being antaginised. These people working here are absolutely pathetic and are going to cause the company to get a lawsuit on them.

Totally disappointed with the customer service in this business! It may be a popular franchise but it's still located in a small town where locals are courteous to one another. My friend who has a broken hip and is only able to get around using crutches went there today to get a propane tank filled. She pulled up to where the propane area is and seen an employee then asked for assistance. Not only did he fail to help her but he also looked at her as if she was stupid or most likely he himself was lacking intelligence. Then after she was able to get herself across the parking lot into the store to pay ,the employee only filled her 7gal tank with 4 gal. She then had to maneuver the tank into her car by herself. No employee offered to assist her to her vehicle. I'm all for hiring under privileged folks are those with mental disabilities, but this employee was not one of them. I feel if your going to bring your big city franchises to this area you better hire people with small town local respect and hospitality

I would share it if there was a way to order a product online. no cart set up, no buy now button, absolutely no way to purchase, that I can find. If I didn't desperately need this item , I would not be doing business with Tractor Supply at all based on your website.
