I had a bad experience before with Grace. I thought I’d give this location another try and sadly she still has a nasty attitude. Not only her but the other girl working that day as well. They both have zero personality. I understand we all have a bad day but the moment you walk into the workplace, the least you can do is try not to take your frustrations out on others. It definitely shows right away through facial expressions when someone is not having a good day. A smile goes a long way!! Judging by the reviews, it’s fair to say your employees need a course on customer service. UPS, please do better!!

Love this UPS Store they are always Friendly when we go in and have great prices to scan, fax or ship ect.🙏🤗📦 They have many sizes to choose from for whatever package. They also have office supplies and packaging supplies 📦 so that definitely helped out when shipping. They also have greeting cards birthday cards ect if you need a quick card to add to your package🙏🤗 They also have Engraved products from signs to name tags which is awesome. 🙏🤗 Overall this UPS Is our go to and Definitely recommend to anyone in the area 🙏📦🤗 Thankyou for Allowing us to Fax and Ship with yall. Horrible experience with this store. I’m lucky my item was delivered at all much less intact. I contacted the store initially to set up a delivery of an item to be shipped to my home in Northern California. The woman that answered the phone couldn’t be bothered with my immediate need to have a pre-paid shipping label printed. I had already prepaid for a shipping label online, but they/them refused to print The shipping label when the item was set to arrive via Uber courier. They/them Insisted that I had to pay a five dollar fee to have one shipping label printed. Luckily I was able to get the sender to print the shipping label since the UPS store at Apple Valley, CA, would not take payment over the phone for a five dollar print job of one piece of paper. Part of the shipping I also paid for was to have it shipped in a small box. My item arrived two days later in what looked like a clear plastic garbage bag folded over twice and which had been ripped in several spots. Even the UPS driver was shocked and told me I should take pictures and make sure that it wasn’t damaged. The contents were an expensive piece of electronics that could have easily been crushed without the protection of a box that I paid for. PATHETIC customer service DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS!

Johnny M. Was completely incompetent at performing the basic skills of this job (shipping a package).

After spelling my very simple name MULTIPLE times, he still spelt Baker wrong.

Then when I asked for time frame options expressing this needed to be there by a certain date he starts by stating the cheapest option is….

I said I didn’t ask for the cheapest option.

Upon selecting my shipping preference rather than asking me the contents of my package (not even the safety questions) he declared my package at 0 value I requested it to be changed he sighed and did so.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Packaged all over the counters and not labeling in front of us doesn’t give me ANY peace of mind shipping with UPS.
