I believe we were the most challenging case for Faith & Dylan, but they never gave up on us. Buying in Redding was on contingent that we sell our house in Oregon and to our dismay, it failed 3 times! I had first seen The Barrett Team on social media and what immediately caught my eye was their involvement in the Shasta County community. I reached out and had a sit down with Faith in early 2023 without knowing anything about the home buying process. I was then connected with Jacob Phillips at Summit Funding and he and I sat down and ran numbers and made a road map. A year later I was still making progress on that road map but now had a blended family. In May of 2024 we sat back down with Jacob and reran numbers and started supersaving. In Jan 2025 Dylan Barrett took us on a showing and we knew it was time to pull the trigger. From there everything happened pretty quickly. If it wasn’t for the Barrett team holding our hand and helping us navigate this process and advocating for us with the seller our home buying experience could have been so different. I know if we ever buy again or sell our current home we will definitely be working with them! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
