I rented a 50 foot lift recently and would like to share what a great experience it was from the Sebring store. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with, the delivery of the equipment (including the tutorial of how to use it) and pickup was great, and the equipment itself was in great condition and we had no issues the whole week using it. Would highly recommend working with them and I will definitely be using them again.

Today we had a great experience buying our brand new lawn mower! Thanks to Dennis we were able to leave there today with an amazingly mower worth every penny 💪We will definitely be busier now with this HD zero point turn mower.

Have rented twice from them and both times had problems with their machines,
1st time the bobcat blew a hydraulic line (okay it could happen any time ) they couldn’t get it fixed or repaired so weekend project went down the drain wasted time and money didn’t get project done they didn’t even offer a credit back for it.
2d time I rented it the speed control for bobcat was not working properly was in turtle mode the whole time took forever and ever to move around and work, the machine had no power to it was very weak, called left them a message because they closed at 5pm no one answered while on property the machine started to continue be sluggish and right before turning it in we noticed the tracks where coming off apparently the rim cracked and the track belt was coming off.
Well apparently, they banned me from renting there meaning they are accusing me of abusing or breaking there vehicles and a HIGH risk rental. Have been renting from Companies like this one for over 18 years never had a problem.
They no longer want my business I was told by Jonathan, that Mr. Taylor the OWNER wouldn’t even give me a call back after repeated attempts to explain to him his equipment broke TWICE while rented out to me was not my fault. If Mr. Taylor had machines that worked reliably and not come apart while using them this wouldn’t be a issue and from the reviews I’m not the only one this happened too, I will take my money and go else where or rent from someone in the prairie. Customer beware check the merchandise out before they drop it off.

I rented the equipment shown in the picture uploaded to dig a ditch. The hose broke in the process and returned it to the store at the soonest moment possible. At our arrival to the store we were greeted with rudeness and attitude, the owners son took greatest offense to what happened because the mechanic said the hose was broken by a tree branch... yes A PIECE OF WOOD. This man apparently has a believable case considering the owners son yelled at me insinuating that he was going to kick us out of the store if damages weren't paid for. He was very childish and said he had nothing to say to me but once i went outside the mechanic was in a hurry to rush the equipment back inside until i called this baby of a man outside again to see exactly what happened and for him to realize there is no possible way damages were done by a tree branch. Once he realized I was correct and the mechanic was simply being lazy he shut up and went back inside. I wonder if it all happened because i was a woman or because of me being hispanic? Regardless, he is possibly the worst person I've ever encountered so beware.

We took our Stihl weedeater to another shop and they said our machine was not fixable. We brought it here and they had it fixed for $100 in less than a week!!! Great customer service.
