Hugo reinstalled our current kinetico RO system into new kitchen cabinets. At our request, he also replaced the kinetico water softener's filter housing due to a leak. He was knowledgeable and polite, and concentrated on the tasks.

Superior Waterworks is the installer of our Reverse Osmosis Soft Water System since the house was built in 2005. To say that their service is truly superior is an understatement. They have consistently provided quick and speedy service and have very knowledgeable technicians that know exactly how to fix our water issues. Godfrey Wingfield is a senior tech with Superior Water Works. He arrived at my home to help a junior tech replace a leaking iron filter with a new one. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to instruct the junior tech how to do the install, and then stayed to make sure it was done correctly. The filter they installed required some special parts that had to be ordered. They were installed quickly and expertly when they arrived. The new filter system is doing a much better job of removing iron than my old Iron filter. I am very pleased with his work.

If you have a chance to work with Godfrey at your home, I believe you too will be impressed.

I have never had a water softener so this was my first experience with this system. Hugo explained how the system works and pointed out the details of its operation. A water test confirmed that everything is running properly. Excellent service!
