We recently engaged Spark Street for an event which required video streaming. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and flexibility made all the difference for this event. Their all-star sound technician team helped to mic 26 different speakers throughout the day seamlessly. When we experienced a WebEx area outage in the middle of the event, Spark Street helped to mitigate the problem by creating a separate video streaming webpage for our remote participants. Our remote participants commented on the great videography, helpful speaker information ribbon, and clear streaming (once our WebEx issues were resolved).

If I could give Spark Street Digital 10 stars I would. Yesterday the Disability Community held a historic event in the Senate Capitol Visitors Center where Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer reintroduced the Disability Integration Act. Leading up to this event I was charged with finding ways to livestream the event, have a call in line, and have every aspect be entirely accessible. This was my first time planning any event in the Capitol and I had no idea where to start. We submitted a request to Spark Street Media and they were quick to reply with a quote and questions about our event. When I gave them a laundry list of access needs (captions, livestream to fb and YouTube, zoom in on ASL interpreter, create separate phone line with audio, audio description, etc) Paul didn't flinch. Instead he was excited to create an incredibly accessible livecast for the Disability Community nationwide to watch. He even gave me an overview of the different rooms in the Capitol, technology I would need to request, and pictures of the room we were finally booked in. Paul's information helped me look like I knew what I was doing when I definitely didn't. When our documentarian needed footage, Paul happily talked with him directly. When I set up last minute Spanish interpretering and wanted to add it to the livestream, Paul was excited about the new task I sprung on him. When I changed the agenda 40 times and sent him piecemeal information Paul never complained. At the event when there was a glitch with the captions Paul worked quickly to solve the situation after we were told that nothing could be done to fix it.

Our event was a huge success and we had watch parties all over the nation thanks to Spark Street Digital. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of people they have and the quality of video that they produce. It's so refreshing to work with a company that is excited to solve problems and create accessibility solutions.
