Horrible customer service.If I can give a 0 star I will.I made an appointment for my mom's divorce hearing translation and I was told they would confirm thw appointment day before the appointment.They Never call me so I called myself at 10am of the day before to confirm and they said they would call me back in 1 hour and they never called me back.So I decided to wait until 3pm to call again and was left on hold for 30 minutes.I hung up and called back and it went straight to voicemail constantly i kept calling and straight to voicemail no ever returned my call and voice mail is full.The next day which was the day of the appointment I called first thing in the morning no answer.All I was asking for was for a confirmation in case they couldn't do the job I could look elsewhere but these people have no respect or consideration.

Very bad customer service. They say they will call when the documents are ready. They never call though. When the client calls they mistreat him. They give you a time and a date and they don't comply. I received very bad service.
