While the completion date was completely out of our agents hands she negotiated with the builder to get a $3,000 refrigerator included and have them finish the garage!

Sam Cardenas helped me purchase a home, and sell a rental property when I was living out of state. Some times you hear about agents that are only interested in selling because they get to put up a sign a wait. This is not Sam. I was so pleased with the experience after my purchase when it came time to sell a rental property after moving out of state I called Sam again. Best decision I could have made.

During the purchase of our home Sam took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped us to understand the ins and outs of the market and communities we had in mind. He worked around our schedule and showed us properties that matched our description until we found the one.

During the sale of our rental property Sam did EVERYTHING! He toured the property, took photos and help me plan for the renovations he recommended for a quick sale and top dollar. He contacted the contractors, painters, carpet guys and cleaners. He explained the money I spent remodeling would be made back and much more. He was right, my unit sold for more than any other unit ever in my complex.

We've enjoyed working with agent Teresa Vendegnia in a recent home purchase during a very difficult time. (Covid 19, Mid-March thru beginning of April). She worked tirelessly to ensure that we were able to move into our home while many other business were shuttered and on lockdown.
