I recently completed two rounds of physical therapy at Pro-PT Reedley. Dr. Miranda Hiett, Lydia Guzman, and Haley Ogden are very patient-focused and supportive! They called my by my name (before I even knew theirs), listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I never felt like a case number. On the day I walked in two weeks before my knee surgery to submit paperwork, the front desk was so welcoming and professional! I never received an “I don’t know,” it was a “Let me look into that and get back to you.” The entire team is friendly and welcoming. I had to reschedule twice and it wasn't because I wanted to skip PT, I just had a conflict. Rescheduling was very smooth and I actually looked forward to attending PT at PRO-PT Reedley. I highly recommend! BTW, I’m feeling better every day. Thank you, PRO-PT Reedley!

They were so welcoming and such a great vibe in there, it did not feel like a doctors office. Everybody tried their very best to help and were very caring about how you felt. Would always try and make conversation with me and I appreciate that. Dr. Samantha‘s playlists were the best! 😂It helped out during any of the exercises they had me do, also because we had the same taste in music. 😂I really enjoyed my time there and was upset when it was time to end my sessions but overall they were very helpful with my situation and the kind of pain that I had. They were able to inform me how I could help myself and gave me advice ti further help myself. Thank you so much Pro-PT, you guys did an amazing job and I appreciate everybody there!❤️

I’ve been going to Pro PT for 12 weeks now. They do a great job! Friendly staff and they work with my schedule. I definitely see progress in my knee I want to say thank you to Sam and the whole staff for taking care of me.

The therapist, Dr. Samantha Meddoza, is so organized and aware of each patient's injury. She and her assisting therapists are so kind, and caring. I had a severe shoulder injury that my Dr. told me it would take one year to heal. PRO-PT and their crew actually have me 3 months
ahead of where I should be. They know the exact exercises that have gotten me where I am today.
Thank you all, it is the greatest place to heal.
