Miss Gabby gives such beautiful atmosphere to the place with compassion needs that I have. And this is something that is much needed. I came to Isaac with two surgeries that were done on the same day. He was very professional and caring and full of information. The whole staff is great from the minute you walk in with Gabby to the staff on the back Isaac and Jocelyn, I improved a lot and was given exercises to continue at home. I would most definitely recommend Pro Pt.

My son went there for knee rehab. He said that the staff is super friendly, and as a 14yo, they used easy terminologies to accomplish what they needed him to do.

The moment I went to Pro PT..I was nervous.. cuz I thought They weren’t friendly or not attend to me.. I went with a lot of pains on my back ..neck and right leg ..from a fall.. The atmosphere was neatly and incredibly clean and sanitized..The first person I met was the receptionist.. Gladys..she attended to me very polite and friendly.. I felt very comfortable talking with her..then I met Paul ..he is the most remarkable person you can have as your Therapist and as a friend..he makes you feel like your at home. being taking care of and explains things to you.. Bernardo Gonzalez was very nice and helpful took care of my neck pain.. felt awesome.. great hands...Amy was super sweet and very helpful too.. they all did a part of helping me with my pains and made sure I was getting the best care they can give..they joked around..talked and most of all.. they all were more serious of there patients..they explain the techniques of body movements to help with nerves..sharp pains..I enjoy having them as my Therapist.. The staff was great.. no problem at all.. they’re are unique..They are the Best!! Any one can have as your Therapist .. I would recommend them very highly to any one who has major or minor problems from a accident.or feeling discomfort..Pro-PT is your answer to your problems..I am 1000 times grateful and satisfied with them.. Thank you To the staff of Pro-PT. In Madera..I came out feeling much better..

Pro-PT in Madera has hands down been a great experience. I first came to them in 2021 and when I needed PT again in 2022 I made sure to have my doctor send my referral to them once again. Can't say enough great things about the staff and both Bernardo and Amy are great.
