Absolutely the worst will be looking for a new one! They never return your calls and are never available. You email fax,call everyday of the week but cannot hear from them so irritating when you are paying someone for a service they can't provide the people at the office can never help you they never know what they are doing and ask you to call back later very unprofessional bussiness!but when it comes to the day your payment is due they are very attentive! will be taking my business somewhere else!!

If i could possibly give this place no stars I would , But there is no option....so where do I start , When I first came here to get insurance i was quoted for $250 payment , then I go in again to actually set up my insurance and they tell me it's going to be $272 and I say ok set it up , so 2 or 3 months later they call me again and say it is being raised to $300 or so because it was marked as 2 women , and I went in myself & I am a male .... I don't understand how people working there would mark a male as a female & 3 months later realize ohh it's a male ..... not only that but the customer service sucks , the representatives that are there setting up the plans have no idea what they are doing , this is not a bad review about my insurance company , but about this particular location 😒
