The hired security have a really bad problem. As we got off the ship, a passenger and an old security guard were arguing in the security guard was threatening to have him arrested and so on. Supervisor came and told the passenger just to keep going I’ll understand that get further down the line I’m waiting for my son‘s friend because they pulled him to another line. The guard asked me to go off to the side I did and then he started talking nonsense in a very aggressive tone that’s when I fired back. Not sure what’s up with security, but they have something going on some power trip or something, but they should be looked into by their supervisors in the port. They’re going to ruin your business.

Port itself is great, valet company is absolutely awful. They did not lock my car at some point and it was broken into and had stuff taken, and they refuse responsibility. Would never recommend to valet your car here. They knew they had broken bar wires on the fence and are still incompetent enough to not lock all vehicles.

Parked here many times. Normally a good experience. Be sure to inspect your vehicle before you leave. The small print on your ticket will get you. My car was damaged. When we returned, we were wisk thru the procedure and off we went. When we got home we saw the damage and called the parking people. We took photos and waited and waited. They determined that it was previous damage?without ever seeing the car. We paid the $800 for the light and went on. Just not a real honorable way to do business.

I had an absolutely appalling experience with Port of Tampa Bay Parking. I prepaid for a specific lot, only to find it closed when I arrived. As a disabled individual, I was forced to park in the Channelside Garage, which required a much longer walk. When I requested accommodations, I was told to either walk or pay extra for valet. To make matters worse, I was given conflicting information about a shuttle that apparently didn’t exist.

The parking attendant’s dismissive comment, "I can see you're fine," was both insulting and discriminatory. This blatant disregard for ADA compliance and the needs of disabled individuals is unacceptable. The entire experience was disorganized, poorly managed, and showed a shocking lack of professionalism and empathy.

Port of Tampa Bay Parking should be ashamed of this failure to accommodate and support their patrons, especially those with disabilities. Until they address their policies, communication, and training, I’d advise others to avoid this mess altogether.

Everyone else on my cruise paid $68 for a 4 night cruise. When I arrived they charged me $85. When asked about it they had a bunch of differing excuses.
- ‘ the drive-up rate was $85’
- ‘ The $68 rate you referred to is an online rate, which does not include service fees or taxes that third-party providers may apply’
- ‘ Our rate is $17 per day, your trip was for 5 days and 4 nights’

The rate is $17 per day and I was out in under 96 hrs. The attitude when asked is ‘if you don’t like it, park elsewhere’ & You chose to park here. They know they have you because you have somewhere to be.
The excuse that it costs more for service fees and taxes to a 3rd party makes no sense when you are charging me more than your third party charges.

I did reach out to Nick Memisovski (the VP) and with this level of customer service, I won’t be parking there again. A simple $17 correction on my cc was all I requested.
