Pete the Plumbing Pro

I had an emergency with a clogged pipe that caused water to pool on the basement floor. The emergency plumber quickly identified that the issue was in the sewer line, which required a jet to clear out the blockage. He contacted Pete the Plumbing Pro for assistance, and Nathaniel arrived promptly. He initially tried using a snake but quickly realized a mini jet was necessary to clear the line. Nathaniel made the right calls, secured the equipment, and ensured we were comfortable. He returned early the next morning, even on his day off, with Barry, and together they efficiently flushed out the line. Their speed, professionalism, and thorough cleanup made a big difference. I'm really grateful for their help!

I can only express my appreciation for the fantastic work done by this plumbing service! We experienced a slab leak with our hot water system, and the friendly, responsive, and professional treatment we received from our first call to Barry in the office, right through to the completion of the job, was simply outstanding. The boss, Nathaniel, is wonderful. He thoroughly examined the situation before taking the time to answer all our questions and giving us his comprehensive recommendations. His work was precise and completely resolved our problem. He stayed in touch throughout the job and encouraged us to ring if we had any more queries. We were also grateful that Nathaniel and his team wore shoe covers in the house and meticulously cleaned their work areas before leaving. I have complete trust in this Dallas-based plumbing service, and their rates are very reasonable too. We won’t hesitate to contact them for any future plumbing needs.

I didn't initially reach out to Pete the Plumbing Pro when I encountered a sewage issue on a weekend. I first contacted another plumbing service with more reviews before considering Pete the Plumbing Pro. The initial company I called didn't return my call and wasted about two hours of my time. Subsequently, I decided to give Pete the Plumbing Pro a chance despite their lack of reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when they picked up my call instantly on a weekend and had Nathaniel at my place within an hour. Nathaniel was both polite and upbeat when he arrived. My situation was rather challenging as my sewer drain was blocked about 50 feet down the line near the street. This necessitated digging up the line in my yard to rectify the issue. Even though the task took roughly three hours to complete, the bill was reasonable. My positive experience with Nathaniel and the company overall has led me to associate Pete the Plumbing Pro with any plumbing needs I might have in Dallas.

I haven't experienced such incredible, old-school customer service in ages! Three years ago, I had a water softener fitted. It began to leak, and I discovered in the warranty that sun exposure could void it. Guess what? The softener was set up right under the sun! I made a call, only to discover the plumbing business had switched hands. But instead of getting into a debate, they honored what the previous owner should have done. They replaced the softener for free, and even went the extra mile to build a shelter to shield it from the sun, all at no additional cost. The level of customer service was truly astounding. I would recommend this plumbing service to anyone in Dallas! Barry and Nathaniel were fantastic!

Our neighbor highly recommended Barry to us. His professional approach and commitment to hard work are truly admirable. What initially seemed a simple plumbing task turned out to be more complex than we initially thought, due to some past remodeling. I had a strong feeling that we were fortunate to have found Barry and not someone who might have opted for an easier solution, given the complexity of figuring out the problem. Much of the work was charged on an hourly basis, and I was pleasantly surprised by Barry's diligence in recording his hours and detailing what tasks were performed during each hour. The detailed invoices and organized presentation at the end of the job were all the proof I needed to know we had picked the right plumber in Dallas. Barry even dedicated an extra hour or so after the bill was settled to tackle our smallest concerns and even returned the following day with a complimentary bathtub drain plug, as ours was not functioning properly. From the very beginning to the very end, Barry surpassed my expectations. You will be glad you contacted this plumber!

Exceptional customer service paired with well-informed technicians. We were dealing with a persistently leaky shower, having enlisted the services of numerous plumbers, including their management. Their solution was to smash through the back of the house, which didn't seem like the best course of action. On contacting the plumbing service, Nathaniel arrived and not only possessed impressive knowledge but was also a pleasure to work with. Our entire family took a shine to him. He managed to rectify the issue and even went the extra mile. We're delighted to have found a reliable plumbing service that we plan to stick with indefinitely. It's a relief to find such a wonderful company that employs fantastic individuals.
