I KNOW THIS IS LONG BUT IT WILL POSSIBLY SAVE YOU A HEADACHE AND A BAD GRADE.
The paper I received was graded at a 60. I DID receive it in a timely manner, but it almost seemed to good to be true. However, I trusted this site so much that I paid $55 for a 2 page essay. I contacted the website through the live chat they have on payforessay.net and the lady had a screen name of Molly. When the CSR gave an introduction he said his name was Romeo. Weird right? Well I sent a chat asking if I could receive a refund because the writer did not follow the instructions that were given. I sent specific instructions that my professor had given word for word. So I figured if all the claims they make on their websites are true then the instructions would be properly followed. Romeo asked for my order number at 10:18pm and did not reply until 10:41pm. All he said was "Please note that according to our Terms and Conditions, which you have accepted when placing the order, the customer may dispute the paper quality asking for compensation or revision within 14 days after order completion. Once this time passes, no compensation can be considered." I sent "Thank you I will take my services elsewhere." I saw that they had another chat through facebook messenger thinking I would get someone with better customer service skills. It was "Romeo". I gave my order number and he said "I have just chatted with you in another chat." I then quoted what they have under guarantees on the website which does not state 14 day refund policy and again began to tell him I was not satisfied with my services. His response was "When you placed the order you agreed with terms and conditions. There is mentioned when and how you can get found. If we work according to your plan means we should refund even after 2 years." Obviously he was being dramatic. So I gave him dates. I ordered on April 17th and received my paper at 2:51am April 18th. My paper was not graded until May 4th. 14 days after April 18 is May 2nd. 2 days passed the cut off time. Not 2 years. I figured they would make an exception since it had recently been graded. His response was "for example you bought a t-shirt. You insulted her and in a month you realized that the cut is not equal and it will fill you up. Do you think you can get it back?" I did not understand this comment and didn't see how it was relevant. He was insinuating that I was insulting the writer. What I said was that I was unhappy because the writer did not follow instructions which is what we pay them to do. Never once did I step out of line or make insults. "Romeo" said sorry but we can help you with your situation, we have term. I stated that I would leave a review so that people are aware before they purchase papers from here. "Romeo" then said "Sure, do it. But write truth that you passed the14 days period." I would not lie when writing a review. He kept bringing up the 14 day refund policy but my concern was that the writer did not meet the expectations. I got my paper in a timely manner but it almost seemed as though the writer was just trying to push the paper out. I believed that they had the best quality. There was no ownership in what I had to say about the writer but instead he accused me of insulting them. Please read the terms and conditions before purchasing from this site. I will not be using them again. Not because a refund wasn't given, that's fine with me money comes and goes. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service.
I also rated the writer with 1 star. They do not reveal 1 or 2 stars on their website. Do not be fooled.
