In order to afford a renovation on a newly purchased older home in today's world, we elected to do the work ourselves which naturally included permitting and design. Patrick and Ben have been instrumental thus far in assisting with navigating this process in addition to timely delivery. At no point have they failed to answer any questions or provide guidance when needed. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this firm to anyone in our situation.

We are a small residential contracting company who has hired Patrick and his colleagues to handle our architectural and engineering plan needs and have come through everytime, paid attention to detail, they have integrity and are very professional in their work ethic. We have had no issues with county reviews of our permitted projects. We are going to continue to work with Patrick A. Sullivan, Architect, LLC for our future projects. Highly recommend him and his services.

What an awesome job Patrick did for us. I am a Real Estate agent and we had a sale on a property that had alterations to the building and an addition to the building that was not permitted. He put together the before and after plans and specs along with an affidavit that the county required to pull a After-The-Fact permit. Hillsborough County passed it all the first time around!!! Permit is pulled and we should be ready for closing soon.
