Have had and currently have a great experience with OC3pl! Been with them for a few months now and can say that they’re incredibly communicative and will respond ASAP whenever you any questions! Their team does a great job on helping me and you actually form a relationship with them unlike many of the other 3pl companies that just do the bare minimum. Great work guys 👍 Really happy with everything that they’ve provided!

Today I was disappointed to watch one of the warehouse supervisors treat my relative in an extremely rude and condescending manner. My son was picking items for a cart and was confused. He approached this woman a few times, hoping for clarification. I silently watched her interactions, all of which were passive aggressive, sarcastic, and nasty. When my son picked the item after getting a full understanding, this offending woman, in a dismissive tone, said, "Okay, scan it out then clock out and I'll do the rest". He literally was getting sent home for asking for help on his second day of work. What reprehensible human does that? I couldn't have him sitting outside while his other two siblings and I finished the second half of the work day. Being smart and avoiding the threat of becoming unreasonable, I spoke to the other supervisor about why my family had to leave. This lady had the audacity to interrupt, not even look in my direction, and start mentioning to the other supervisor that she couldn't have us all working there if we're doing everything together. I simply gave a stern "thank you" and exited with my family. Four incomes are now negatively impacted and credit goes to an unreasonable, harsh, and cruel woman. Fortunately, I am aware of how to handle myself during times of ignorance. I immediately contacted our staffing agency to ensure my family would work elsewhere without being penalized. Nobody deserves to be spoken to with indignation when they are simply trying to learn. I pity anyone who has to deal with that aggressive woman's belittling behavior. I want to sincerely thank Evelyn, who was also supervising and Joy, who works in "returns". Everyone was gracious actually, save for the one sour individual. Sadly, I now completely understand the reason behind the high turnover rate. One person can vilify an establishment by turning it into a hostile work environment, then ultimately ruin a company's reputation. If you're going to work at this warehouse, don't become confused or ask questions. Your curiosity will be met with venom. Somebody needs sensitivity training or needs to be reminded that her frustrations cannot be taken out on random employees. Perhaps, try training people instead of throwing them into highly unorganized chaos with only themselves to rely on. Not everyone will stand for unjust treatment.

The owners of this business are real dumb. They have no idea how to run a 3pl company. U will be failed by their service for sure. Dont ever waste ur time doing 3pl with this horrible firm

Awful company with extremely incompetent ownership. They overcharge on pick & pack fees, gouge you on pricing for shipping, and are extremely negligent and never ship orders on time. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.
