Glory Hole @ New Melones Lake Marina is one of my favorite places to go camping, day hiking, picnicing and BBQ'ing, boating, fishing, hanging out with friends and family or just taking my dog. Rangers are super friendly and very helpful. Went to get my boat tagged for the invasive species permit. Times to do this are from 7am-4pm & Cost was free. Now just have to wait 30 more days and I'll be out on the lake cruising in my boat.

If you’ve never been to New Melones Lake Marina before, you’re definitely missing out. This place is amazing. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. You can do so many things here. Boating, biking, camping, hiking, fishing, sightseeing, it’s all here. Did you know they have house boats? You can bring your family, party, friends or even business here. They have canoes, kayaks, jet skis, party boats, house boats, etc. The marina has all kinds of food, drinks, clothing, rentals, and everything you need for a day on the lake. Seriously, check this place out. Even the wildlife is amazing!

Loved it. We rented the boat for the day, and it all went so smoothly. They have buggys to help drive down all the stuff you have for your day out on the lake. lf you happen to forget something the store on site was very convenient and had most stuff you would need.

I low key want to gatekeep because it gets full in the summer and I don't want to compete for the days lol. I come here every year with a group of friends and it's always amazing and barely enough time but only because we have so much fun. The staff is always awesome and the boat has everything you need to make great memories. Love that we can bbq and use the stove and running water ect. Recomend 1,000%

Recently we rented a 40' Super Cruiser for a family day on the lake. OMG, what a great time was had by all. We have never rented a party boat so I had many, many questions. The marina staff were awesome, quick to reply, and never made me feel dumb.

The Super Cruiser came equipped with ice chest, picnic table, propane barbecue, some lounge chairs, deck chairs, trash can, running water, and a bathroom. The best surprise was finding the cruiser came with a slide off the top deck. You couldn't see it on the website.

We brought a wading pool for the little ones, which was a brilliant idea because they never got bored. We had a jetski for big kids but they were impatient waiting for their turn. Wish we had two or some tubes to tow. But, the slide was a big hit with all the kids... and a few adults.

Renting the 40' Super Cruiser seemed like a big expense but it was worth every cent. The memories are priceless. We would do it again.
