I have lived here for 5+ years. It’s a pleasant place to live as it’s a gated, lock and go community with zero crime. You can be as involved in activities as you want and the residents are very friendly. I love the view of our private marina.
You can’t go wrong living here as it’s close to the beach and shopping. The buildings were built to last forever and consequently the utilities are very low.
It’s a nice, quiet, charming, safe and pet friendly place to live.

I am a Realtor in Palm Coast and have been selling units in Marina Cove for several years. It is our premier boating community, quaint and friendly and attracts folks from all over the country.
Working with Bob, the president and Susie, the community management representative has been a rewarding experience. No matter what problem, question or concern, future buyers have, they both respond quickly with answers and solutions. I have never worked with such a caring group.
This year, almost all condo communities are experiencing financial hardships, due to increasing insurance rates. Some condo associations are putting the increase in costs directly on the owners and some HOA fees, in various communities have actually doubled! However, Marina Cove has tried and continues to try to manage the increasing costs, always thinking of the financial burden on present owners. It's a tough job and an even tougher balancing act, trying to keep enough in their reserves, as required by new state mandates, and to keep HOA fees as stable as possible.
We do monthly open houses at Marina Cove to help educate future Buyers and boat lovers about this unique boating community. Stop by one Sunday. It's always the first Sunday of the month from 1-4 pm. Come see for yourselves what a beautiful and well run community Marina Cove truly is!

I presently own a condo in Marina Point Cove and need to sell due to losing my husband and just too much for me to take care of. I am a paraplegic and have two service dogs for balance mobility. The association was so good to change done of their bi-logs to send a letter out to other resident’s of their provision’s and to ask everyone to assist me if they see me out walking my dogs.
My neighbors are awesome. They will be my friends forever. I’m very saddened to leave. My sons have taken over the slip and use for their own but if I’m leaving they are selling the slip also.
A new roof has been added and the wall’s there were some termites found and they immediately torn the walls down and rebuilt removing the issue.
The hecad of the Association Bob lives there as a resident which makes it even better.

My parents have lived here for over 20 years and have had nothing but a good experience. The grounds are well maintained, people are friendly and helpful and anytime there is a problem the HOA is very responsive. Any repairs they have needed to the exterior of their unit the HOA has done and done well. They have never had a problem with termites and, if there are any, the HOA takes care of it at no cost to the owners. They have truly enjoyed living here the last 20 years.

Beautiful place to live, but the HOA Board members and spouses are not receptive to any other homeowners repeated requests and input, only their own views are considered and implemented. Condo fees continue to go up. Update: special assessment for new roofs ranging from $8000.00 to over $25,000 per homeowner; seawall needs repair and marina needs dredging. Should be special assessments coming up for those soon and increase in HOA fees to beef up the reserves.

Was an owner for just over a year. This was a second home to enjoy. Worst HOA management company. Slow to respond, careless, and rude. HOA fees almost up 50% during that time. Also was assessed for a new roof which they never disclosed during purchase. Beware!!

I have lived at Marina Cove for 25 years and have been president to secretary to treasurer and VP. There may have been times where an owner has become distraught over a situation but the board always worked hard to remedy. We are a small community that looks after one another and you can’t beat the views!

Run empty promises empty walls the board members don't care about the home owners. Termites eating away at walls, poorly built. Bad attitudes not sure what HOA pays for other then policing owners and guest.
