I rarely ever leave reviews and I certainly don’t like leaving negative ones. I’ve been utilizing this place for years. There’s always been a woman in there who has great customer service and has never once made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I went there today with packages that cannot be shipped out of this store(UPS drop off only, oops on me). This man I’ve never seen before has an annoyed energy the second I walked in there. His tone and his body language were condescending from the first words he spoke to the last. I asked when the lady who is always working would be back and he declared, “MY wife,Cheyenne. She’s not coming back.” I will never return there. The mistake was mine, all good. I’ll rectify it. But I will never do business there ever again. It’s too bad as I wish to support our local business. Never again.

I went in needing copies made and the lady told me exactly what I needed to do and made a dreaded experience not bad at all. It took me no time at all to get done what I needed and back on my way. Thank you so much for ur help and kindness.

This is the only place for miles that prints documents however they don’t keep the posted hours. I absolutely needed a document printed today but they decided to close early.

The Mail Depot is a cute little business place in Valley Springs. The young lady working there was super nice, extremely helpful and super knowledgeable about mails processes.
They also offer mail boxes with physical address, which i may be getting soon.
I totally had a great experience. Made my day.

I just want to give a shout out to our local mail depot. The owner who is always there with a smile and helping customers was there today with a fairly big line, she kept her cool assisted everyone as quickly as possible. I am glad to have this business with these owners in our small community.

I use Mail Depot frequently they are friendly and professional. They offer many other type of merchandise that is very convenient at a reasonable price. The grandchildren are now taken over the business, I would like to wish them well for the future .
