In every logistics environment our sole hope is getting the freight to our customers in a timely manner. We have been using Logistics Fox for years. The level of service, care and professionalism is what separates them from other shipping companies. Terrible company. Maybe ok for LTL but if its truckload there is absolutely no service or tracking. When I call in I am told one person can find out tracking info and I have to wait for him to come in. I have left messages but no returned calls. Its the hope and pray method of shipping
