Today, Theodore, an experienced plumbing technician from Jake the Plumbing Pro, installed a new hybrid water heater. After the job was done, I did a deep check of the installation, as I always pay great attention to workmanship. I was pleased to find that there were no leaks or defects. Theodore didn't just leave after finishing the job, he also tidied up the area and took time to explain how the new water heater functioned. He answered all my queries and addressed my concerns in a comprehensive manner, showing himself to be a true professional. I am confident that if I need any more plumbing work done in the future, I'll be sure to call on them. As a disabled veteran and former aircraft mechanic in Dallas, I truly appreciate this hassle-free and excellent experience.

I had a clogged kitchen sink that I made a bit of a mess trying to fix on my own. The plumbing service I called was incredibly kind and professional. They arrived quickly and were very courteous. The gentleman who came over was really nice and never made me feel bad about the tough clog I had created. He patiently worked for an hour to clear what should have been a simple blockage. From now on, I will definitely reach out to them for all my plumbing needs.

My mom, who's in her late 80s, had a plumbing problem with the toilets and shower in her condo - they wouldn't flush or drain. As you can imagine, she was quite distressed over this. So I reached out to Jake the Plumbing Pro and they responded swiftly. Within just a couple of hours, Javier and Luis were at her place and got everything fixed. The toilets are now functioning properly and mom is much more relaxed. They even kept me in the loop, letting me know when they would be arriving and later updating me once the job was completed. I'm really impressed by their high-quality service, quick response, and outstanding workmanship. I'd strongly endorse Jake the Plumbing Pro - i am absolutely happy that i reached out to them. They did a really amazing job.

When it comes to plumbing services, this was top-notch. Luis gave a heads-up before arriving, showed up promptly, and completed the work efficiently. He tackled a few unforeseen issues with ease, was polite, and tidied up the entire workspace once finished, all for a fair price. Such a nice gentleman, it was truly a positive experience. Yet again, we had another excellent encounter. Luis arrived punctually, immediately got down to business, and unclogged a drain in less than an hour. He was very friendly and responsible. Well done. We really enjoy using this good local business.

When they picked up our call, we instantly knew we'd dialed the right number. The lady who slotted us in was well-informed and gentle. The plumbing service we got was outstanding. They arrived on time and identified the issue promptly. The problem turned out to be more intricate than what we'd conveyed, necessitating the involvement of more people and tools. The task took some time, but once they finished, everything was repaired and so tidy, it was as if they'd never been. The final invoice was our biggest surprise. Despite our emergency and the complexity of the job, we had braced ourselves for an exorbitant charge. Instead, the cost was fair, offering excellent value for our money. We haven't been residents for long, but our experience was so positive that we wouldn't consider another plumbing service. Javier, Theodore, and Luis did an outstanding job.

Luis and Theodore from Jake the Plumbing Pro did a fantastic job replacing my old bathtub faucet with a new and unique style I had selected from another place. Prior to the job, I was able to share pictures of the desired faucet via text, discuss the details over the phone, and received a prompt quote. I also managed to arrange the installation within a week. On the day of the job, I received a text informing me of who was on their way to my place in Dallas. Both Luis and Theodore took the time to answer my queries, were amicable, and demonstrated professionalism throughout the process. They completed the job to perfection, adhered to the quoted price, and tidied up afterwards. They even provided guidance on how to modify our hardware for future tile additions. I wouldn't hesitate to contact these guys again for future plumbing needs.
