Great customer service, extremely knowledgeable and helpful! definitely picked the correct storage place! when we were having trouble with the lock we got from them abd it was discovered the lock itself was defective they were quick to resolve the issue! can not recommend this place enough!

NOT Happy with the NEW Property Manager!!
My husband went to discuss the rental rate increase again, as we have had several 6 since May 2023) in the last 18 months. When speaking with the NEW property manager, he was informed that they only have done 1 increase since they have taken over, and refused to speak of the other ones and was dismissive.
My husband left very frustrated and we are working towards emptying the units.
In thinking about it, the OWNERS have not changed nor have we, just because they are new does not mean we JUST moved in.

I would say this is probably the best facility in Amador County I've had my stuff in that storage for about 5 years yes I know I probably could have paid for it four or five times over but sometimes it's just convenient having storage summer besides your home just don't forget your monthly bill or you're going to lose it

I have rented from here twice in the past year. The staff (Sarah) is always friendly and very helpful. The facility is secure yet easy to access if you are renting a unit. The layout is good with plenty of space to load/unload. The prices are reasonable and they offer military/veteran discounts. I would recommend Jackson Five Star Storage to anyone in need of a storage.

I couldn't find any other storage facilities available within 50 square miles! Five Star Storage was a lifesaver and was able to offer me multiple options for storage. Sarah has been outstanding and has answered any questions I have had. Well kept facility with good security and trustworthy people. Can't ask for much more when it comes to storing your valuables. 👍
