We took a comforter to be dry cleaned, to remove two stains and condition it so that it smells nice, upon payment $100 in advance. I emphasized that it could not be washed because the dark parts of the fabric fade the lighter ones, that's why is DRY CLEAN ONLY. On the promised date it wasn't ready cause it was drying. Drying?!!!
They took another week and when we picked it up and laid it out at home we were in shock. !!! The comforter was damaged with dyes, I went back to make the claim and it took them another week to see what they could do.
After that the owner called us apologizing, to tell us that the products used by them do not fade the fabrics and it was already faded when they received, offering to do a test in front of us.
We are not saying that their products fade the fabrics, what we're saying was that the comforter was washed for some reason (mistake, negligence or whatever) . End of story, damaged comforter and smelling dirty (Ralph Lauren $600 new) they didn't even have the decency to return the $100 they charged us. Zero business ethics, terrible customer service, I would say there is no customer service.
First and last time we used your services. Good luck in your business.

Happy cleaners in Okeechobee is one of the worst business I've ever encountered! The owner Rosa and employee staff member Alicia, are very unprofessional and dishonest individuals. MY REASON WHY is a $600 Ralph Lauren comforter that's had never been wet, washed, nor dry cleaned was brought to Happy Cleaners to be dry cleaned due to two very small stains. Over 3 weeks later once finally ready to be picked up, it was TOTALLY RUINED! The Raulf Lauren Comforter looked as die bled throughout the whole comforter. The stains were still on the comforter from before and to top it off it had the worst smell of a wet dog. SMELLED SO HORRIBLE! The owner Rosa was contacted and refused to reimburse nothing for their mistake mistake and the employees staff member Alicia's mistake. The owner Rosa and Alicia had very negative attitude's when both confronted about the comforter and Damage Done. Both claimed the comforter was damaged before brought to Happy cleaners. Surveillance footage shows there had never been no dye bled throughout the comforter along with several witness. Very disgusted and A HUGE MISTAKE for business owner Rosa and employee Alicia at Happy Cleaners in Okeechobee!

If there were more stars to give.. I would! They really went the extra mile to help save the day when my niece got married in January. Last minute none of groom or his party had their suits ready! They said they could do it and even provided some very reassuring support haha! When I picked them up they were so well taken care of. The staff were friendly funny and delivered for sure! I would recommend them 100%.

The owner is a sweetheart. I had an interview scheduled last minute and needed three shirts pressed and even though they were extremely busy she got them done the next morning. She knew my situation and went above and beyond, and now she has a loyal customer for life. I highly recommend them to anyone in Okeechobee County. Thanks!!!

Very sweet lady! She altered my prom and homecoming dress to fit me perfectly! She’s very fast! & great at her job! Inexpensive as well! She helped me pick out the perfect earrings for my homecoming dress this past weekend, she’s awesome! 😊 best cleaners in town!!

Owner is super friendly makes you feel welcomed to her place. I love this place she does an amazing job! Takes really good care of our clothes and takes her job very serious. Definitely a place I will always recommend to my friends and family.
