We initially reached out to Howard at Full Moon for a quote to produce a wealth protection summit for a client at the West Palm Beach Hilton. It was obvious from the outset that he knew and did his job well. He was easy to talk with, answered every question in detailed manner and never tried to sell us. Other companies asked us for the lighting, audio, and video specs. Some proposed their own. We had no idea. Howard developed the specs list, telling us what we needed and didn't need.

We were attempting to put the summit together from Los Angeles and Howard, based in Florida, became an even greater asset by working closely and frequently with the hotel to ensure room size and layout were adequate and that the proper equipment would be available.

On the day of the event, Howard and his team arrived at 4am, constructed the stage draping, set up projection, video, audio, and lighting. They worked like a cohesive unit, quietly and efficiently. They are also really nice people, genuinely supportive and caring. I had every confidence that the event would be a success because I had every confidence in them to pull it off perfectly and on-time - all of which they did.

It's encouraging to work with a company this good, doesn't overcharge yet is willing to go over and above.

If I were running an event again, I would hire Howard and Full Moon immediately. There would be no need to look elsewhere.

If you’re thinking of using this company for your video production needs…. DONT! After seeing nothing but great reviews, I decided to give this company a shot for my family reunion event. However, after one phone call I realized the company wasn’t as great as it was sought out to be. I called to inquire on pricing and possibly see some work in order to be certain it was the company I needed. I spoke to a gentleman named Howard. He was completely rude and made me feel as though the questions I had was stupid. He was disrespectful and lost my business. It turns out that this was the owner of the company!!!! Please do not spend your money with these people if they are unable to provide you with some type of sample of their work.
