My experience with Steven Cooper, President of Florida Capital Consultants, LLC, was great, and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was very kind, informative ,and resourceful in our pursuit to obtain a challenging Reverse Mortgage for a condominium. Along the way, Steve gave me great advice from his years of experience, and new ideas on how we could satisfy various restrictions that can arise in a condominium transaction. So we pressed on and satisfied every requirement, and finally we were able to obtain a "clear to close" determination at the end. Those words, "clear to close" were like music to my ears. So my hat is off to Steven, and I would recommend him to anyone seeking to acquire a mortgage to purchase or refinance a property. Steve Murray 5-5-25.

FCC is a top notch operation. Steven Cooper handled my financing and was both a pleasure to deal with and 100% on top of everything that needed to be orchestrated in order to secure the loan. The time between when I reached out to FCC and when I closed was about two weeks. I didn't think it would be possible to get the whole thing buttoned up that quickly but he made it happen. If you are looking for a broker do yourself a favor and use these guys.
