This FedEx location has stole different packages from my family. They update status that the package is delayed, is out for delivery, that the package was rejected by the receiving party when they did not even attempt delivering it. They lie and said delivery was attempted and they never came by, then they never even leave a message notice, then they say the package is damaged when it was packaged in bubble wrap. They also said they have the package and is held at their location then that they can’t find it and deny their own lies. The manager is a joke, spoke with “Mike” who refused to take ownership and hung up on me. One would think that because is such a big corporation they would own up to their actions but they are thieves at this location. I’m sure they HD or conduct background checks on their employees. I use FedEx because I thought the company would give security but I was wrong. My Victoria secret package was also same they just update the status as out for delivery, and that is delayed but they never delivered it when after weeks they said it was delivered. I’m sure manager participates in stealing from customers that’s why he doesn’t do anything about it and doesn’t investigate

Something shady about this facility. My tracking said “delivered on 12/15 at 1:52pm”, it was a signature required package, I believe FedEx driver had forged a signature. I first checked my security camera but no one ever entered our house, checked with street camera, no FedEx vehicle ever passed by during 11:00 - 3:00 pm. Contacted FedEx and thru phone number of this facility, they accused me that I already has the package and it was signed, they said they would start a trace but they never did. I made multiple calls, everyday after the marked delivered date, and they just closed the case saying it has already been 3 days and cannot do anything about it, package already got delivered and signed. I got evidences that FedEx never showed up to my front porch not even at my neighbors’ front door. They are being careless, and very shady. FedEx usually obtained delivery proof, with pictures or ID for signature required package, this facility straight up told me they don’t see any delivery proof, or signature on the system. Keep asking me for phone number and email but never got back to me with any updates. They just straight up closed the case, hung up the phone and tell me to contact seller. Such a shady and irresponsible company.

Excellent place to pick up a load. Overnight parking available. People are very friendly and courteous. Load was ready early. Restrooms were fairly clean and use able. Overall a very good experience from start to finish. Will definitely take loads from here again.

If I could give a negative -5 stars, I would. I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes ($200 w/ sales tax). I expected FEDEX deliver 1/15/25 and as of today 1/20/25, I still haven't received it. I suspected the theft occurred within FEDEX. Anyway, I called FEDEX different occasions regarding the status and their agents from India/Philippines didn't know what was going on. Plus, they refused to transfer me to their supervisor after several requests. Finally, I was able to talk to 2 different supervisor in the U.S. (speak fluent English). Both of them lied saying the Arcadia Hub didn't pick up the phone. The FEDEX management is all screwed up and I have high hope on their services but I guess I will change my outlook about this organization. Wasted my time and energies. Whole bunch of liars working here!!!

0 star….horrible. My package with signature requires was originally scheduled to be delivered Friday, didn’t got delivered - put a photo of obviously not my front porch on the delivery status. Out for delivery again on Saturday, didn’t delivered AGAIN! Put on the status that “customer unavailable”. Wasted my time waiting on my package!

Called the location, no apologies just, “I’ll call the our routing manager”

NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY DID THIS. And they always do this when there’s a signature required on your delivery.

DRIVER - JORDI never attempt delivery and this is the 2nd day already. He never try to do his job. If he tried, at least he leave a notice. And we have people outside the building and open door to the driver, but he never attempt to deliver
