*Edited to add* It took over 8 months to receive my photos. Some were good, others we looked elsewhere to get them edited as the attention to detail and overall quality was not up to my standards. In other words, they looked rushed and just ran through to get them to me in attempts to shut me up. *photos added below of their work and the re-edits* I still have NOT received my wedding video and they have completely stopped all communication and have ignored us entirely. It’s intentional at this point.

I BEG you to choose anyone else to capture the most important days of your life. Most magical day of my life with the most important people to me in attendance and I have nothing to show for it.

I was married 4.20.24. I was told multiple timeframes, my mother - whom paid for my photos - was told different time frames and we are now in November of ‘24 and have not received ANYTHING. Any communication between myself and this company has been brought about by me reaching out. We paid for their top package (at the time) of $3500 for services before services were provided/completed and was told for the first time at the end of 4-5 months that I would have to wait 6 months for anything. Latest update past the 6 month mark is that they just started working on them this week!! Meaning for 6 months my photos and footage have just been sitting there, not even touched. I have been patient and understanding, but there’s no end to this waiting game. My complaints and issues are not new to this company as I know for a fact other customers have the same results and complaints. So unprofessional, it’s infuriating.

The communication and turn-around time frame for this company has been exceedingly disappointing to say the least. We are 7days away from 6 months since we got married and have yet to get our wedding video. Not only do we not have our video, Karyn - part owner, absolutely refuses to give us a solid expectation date. I was told on Dec 23rd “…our goal is be end of December.” It’s January 17th - still no video and no follow up by anyone from Dork. The response I keep getting is they have a huge backlog and it would be unfair to get our video yo us before other clients, which I fully understand, but they sure are on Social Media promoting booking availability for new events. In my opinion if you can manage to catch up on your back log so much that it’s taking you 6 months or more to get your already PAID IN FULL clients their product, you definitely shouldn’t be taking on new events. I posted a reply on the Dork Productions Facebook page regarding a question from a potential client asking about turn around time. When I told the potential client how long I’ve been waiting my comment was deleted and I was blocked. That’s just nasty and ugly. We made sure to pay in full even though we worked out a payment agreement. I wonder if Dork Productions would appreciate their clients waiting to pay them 6 mi the after they worked the way their paying clients are having to wait. My guess is the answer would be no.
