Muy mala experiencia la muchacha que me ayudo de muy mala gana yo estaba mandando unas cartas para mis hermanos eran una carta del hospital certificada que nadie podía abrir más que el consulado para que les dieran permiso a mis hermanos de venir a ver a mi padre que me lo habían desauceado. Y las abrieron no se si fue la misma muchacha que me ayudo o no se quien de DHL la abrió. Que les llego el paquete abierto me cobraron caro que por que en 2 días llegaba y tardo 6 dias.

First time using DHL to ship something internationally and Gabrielle took the time to explain how to go about it considering what it was. She was very friendly and proactive. It started getting busy after I got there and she acknowledged the customers waiting after me and let them know she’d be with them soon while asking them questions to make sure they were ready to go by the time she got to them. Great customer service.

My first time shipping with DHL in Arcadia was great. Gabriela was super helpful and ensured I had all the information I needed and that my package was ready to ship that evening. She even researched a product I wasn’t sure was safe to ship. I appreciate her expertise and help making the experience easy and efficient. The location is easy to access in the parking lot of the shopping mall. I like that I can track my package and can get updates and that the receiver can update their address information or pick up choice is needed. I will definitely use DHL in Arcadia again.

Terrible. Came by during hours of operation to a closed sign and a note, “Will return at 3”. Saw the worker come back, so I tried to knock while holding my crying infant in one arm and the package I needed to drop off in the other. The worker ignored me for 15 minutes until at 3 o’clock, she finally came to the door to stick her hand out and take off her makeshift sign while barely acknowledging me.

It was very awkward, unpleasant and disheartening. Is it so much to ask for a bit of compassion? Empathy? My transaction lasted less than a minute. Why did I have to wait outside in the blistering heat with my crying baby for 15 minutes when I came during operation hours?

* Second time to this location 6/8/23. Gabriela assisted me . Gabriela went the extra mile and explained the benefits of going on to their website and learn the promotions they can offer. She was really patient; friendly ; and courteous. We had a great conversation , that made me feel welcomed while she was processing the shipment. It was a pleasure doing business with her, and made a second friend at this location. Great job Gabriela. I am now a loyal customer. See you soon .
