I had gotten a notification saying my package was out for delivery from the oakley location. When my package was delivered, this was what was caught on my back camera. This is the 2nd time this specific driver has thrown a package over my gate. I've never had problems with any other driver doing this. I had a very expensive item in this package and could've very easily been broken and am still testing it out to see if it was damaged. I let the first incident go because I thought she didn't know where the gate handle was. I needed it delivered to the backyard because of porch pirates. This was deliberately thrown over my fence after the fact she took a picture. I've already notified Amazon in the app of how my delivery went. This is outrageous, and I am hoping there is disciplinary action because who knows if the driver does this to other packages

Driver stole my package open the envelope left it on my porch took a picture and post it as delivered 2 minutes between him leaving to me opening the door to find empty envelope verified on my ring camera. There is no number to contact luckily Amazon itself was good enough to send me a replacement item a replacement item but it was something I needed today not 3 days from now with potential to getting robbed again very disappointing

For truckers it’s a little challenging to get in & out, cause of the construction and the directions from the Amazon app.
The young man called PJ, who was working by himself on 12/5/21 was EXTREMELY helpful. Told me about the homeless encampment near the street were a lot of BT’s park, and how the homeless people bother the drivers. Thanks PJ. 😄 Good looking out.

Amazon has too much turnover of staff. DFO2 was the best atmosphere when it opened. I feel that corporate pressure and lack of transparency is to blame for current culture.
