I have used Dallas Movers Pro 3 times now. They are GREAT! The movers showed up early and arrived ready to work hard. I'm a type A, controlling personality so I had my stuff organized and staged, and I loved that the lead guy, Chris, matched that energy. He wrapped everything with care and nothing was lost or broken. I was also lucky because I got a crew with all new packing supplies -- they now have a great mattress bag so you don't have to worry about your mattress getting dirty on the move or in the truck. When we stopped for a short lunch break and they 'stopped the clock' which was a nice touch. The check out process at the end was seamless and they offer return clients a 5% discount. I have used Dallas Movers Pro for the second time. So far I have had a good experience. They have competitive prices and offered 4 movers whereas other movers usually offer 2 to 3. Ryan was the salesperson I dealt with and he went above and beyond to offer a good service. The movers that helped me were Adam, Aurelio, Cesar and Deiler and were super friendly and quick on their feet. Had some issues with the placement of the bed in the master bedroom but their customer service team offered for someone to come back and realign the bed. Thank you for the great service.

Had a great experience with Dallas Movers pro. The Moving crew were on time on the moving day and had the Inventory listed out and boxed . The crew was quick with the loading and moving it to the new place . The furniture,TV’s and cots were reassembled back like the original . All the boxes were in great shape and no issues whatsoever. Everything were in perfect working condition .

On both occasions the movers were professional, friendly, on-time, flexible, and they charged me a good price.
