We started gettign bids a month ago and Creation Networks came in as low bidder. At that time I requested an availability check on the speakers as another bidder had indicated a longer lead time. I then requested this again a week later after receiving no response. I was told everything should be fine. We got the approval for our very expensive and in depth project and went to order. The speakers were not only NOT available, they may be discontinued. I was then told that their engineering team was hard at work to find a solution and given an assurance they would find a solution. That was 3 days ago and crickets. Our project is on hold, and a new solution is being looked for by someone else. I never felt like a priority from day one as most follow up and response had to be initiated by me in almost every case. Clearly now, I wasnt......

Do not use this company if you are on a deadline. They do not know what they have in stock. I called to confirm the in-stock quantities they showed on their website. They confirmed their website is correct. After placing the order, I was told the order would be delivered in a week. Here we are two months later and we are just now receiving these items. I will be looking anywhere else besides Creation Networks for my next order.

A most disappointing company.

After making an order all emails go unanswered for a week. their phone lines also do not have anyone picking them up.

I will try to get a refund or my goods delivered but if you value your time and sanity you should avoid this company

Shipping was fast, and their Support Team was helpful and quick to respond. The only thing I should mention is that I think they should have a Dealer space. Companies such as Crestron, Extron and QSYS require a minimum annual purchase to become a deal. This mins can be in the millions which makes it hard for smaller Integrators to utilize their solutions. If CN had dealer pricing options that didn't require Millions of dollars in annual purchases but also passed on some savings I think they would be the best reseller on the Market for small integrators.
