Andre and Jimmie were prompt, efficient and courteous. They called in advance to let us know their ETA and arrived precisely at that time. They took great care of our possessions as they moved them in, and respected the rest of our home at the same time. They asked for guidance regularly, to ensure everything was placed where we wanted it. Also willingly moved a few things when I changed my mind and/or wasn’t clear! Highly recommend!

Today Andre and Jimmie visited my home, delivering and unloading all of my belongings from NY! These guys were very professional, super quick, accurate, humorous, and respectful. I could tell they have been working together for years because of their great team work, efficiency, and playful banter with one another. They were so great at chatting with me and still moving and shaking. They organized as they unloaded and made sure not to damage my belongings and anything in my home. My floors are still clean, no scuffs on my furniture, nothing broken, nothing missing. I am so grateful to them for such a great experience. If you have any moving to do, go through Community Moving and Storage.... Make darn sure you request Andre and Jimmie! They ROCK!!!! 😍

This is my 2nd time using Community Moving & Storage and once again, it was a fantastic experience! When I had to move there was only one person I wanted to work with - Michelle Dilliard. I knew she would take excellent care of me, giving me a great price, being readily available and making the process super easy. And Teresa Cruz was diligent about checking in, making sure everything was going okay, responsive when I had questions, and really just took the weight off of me. Moving is always stressful, but with these two in your corner, the actual move is one thing you won't have to worry about. I highly recommend!

Andre and Jimmie were great! They notified me on their ETA, thorough walk through together of the apartment prior to the moving the goods, they both were mindful of my belongings (wrapped all furniture), laid down runners, and were very efficient. Great experience and would high recommend for anyone in the TPA area.
