Had my first experience picking up a package here and it was great! I called ahead with some questions and Ramos was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining everything. Anthony assisted me during checkout and the whole process was smooth and welcoming. Great vibes all around! Plenty of street parking and easy to find. Highly recommend!

Lousy employees work here. My mail has been misplaced countless times. I had a package checked in back in October and my package was handed to me a month later. The employees do not have their act together. For some odd reason, I have merchants claiming they sent mail and when I went to check my mailbox there was no mail. Something is not right here and I do not like to write negative reviews unless the matter is very serious. Every time that I go to pick up any package they can't find it. After pressing them to double check and providing the tracking number the package mysteriously appears. Their excuse, it was placed in an add location. This is the same nonsense every single time The employees are obviously not doing their job

Rude and lazy staff. I asked when I stopped by when they would be opened next business day I was told 8am. I showed up at 8am and waited a good 40 minutes nobody showed up...I called to ask about their business hours and was told "check online". You don't open at 8am WHY do you have that online? AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Awesome customer service. Needed to ship out two packages today when all the other USPS' were closed and stumbled upon this placed a few minutes before they closed. I thought they would charge some kind of a fee but they told me it's free!

I wish I had discovered this place years ago! They accept drop offs for all the major couriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS! SUPER CONVENIENT. I will be doing all my shipments at Burbank Shipping Center from here on out so I don’t have to be driving all over the place trying to find the various drop-off locations. There is even a table to pack, with tape, and they’re open every day except Sunday. No lines. And they provide drop-off receipts. Shout out to Trent for being so helpful!

Thank you needed to pick up mail and ship a few items found all the packaging I needed and 16x16 box. Shipped and packed there team member was very helpful friendly.

This address is coming up multiple times for different job applications. I feel they r just trying to get my information to do something illegal. Deleting everything they send to me. Watch out 😳

Love this place, there is never a line (unlike USPS) and it’s perfect for businesses that ship with multiple carriers. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They even took the time to show me how to set up Google reviews for my workplace - which I greatly appreciate.
