If a load is canceled or has already been picked up he always makes it right. He is so nice and so pleasant to work with. We actually look forward to his calls and loads. I would strongly advise against working with BlueGrace Logistics, especially with their broker, Rashid Fator. We booked a load through them, and throughout the entire process, we kept Rashid updated and informed. He confirmed that the driver's tracking was active and being monitored on his end.
Fast forward 5 days after the load was delivered, and out of nowhere, we were hit with a $250 charge for "lack of tracking." According to Rashid, the driver's tracking got disconnected after the shipper, but when we spoke to the manager, we were told that the tracking had been disconnected and reconnected 7-8 times throughout the load. The inconsistencies in their explanations were ridiculous, and it was clear they couldn't even get their story straight.
This is completely unprofessional. We did everything we were supposed to do, kept communication open, and yet we were still penalized for something we didn’t cause. Their lack of transparency and accountability is baffling. They really don’t seem to know how to handle situations honestly.
I will not be working with BlueGrace Logistics again, and I recommend you think twice before trusting them with your business.

They are liars, they will tell you you gonna deliver this load tonight, but they will trick you to cover a load that you gonna end up holding it two days, because they gonna manipulate the date and time of the delivery for example if the delivery time is midnight 12:00 am 4/24/25 they gonna change it 11:59 pm and it’s 4/23/25 just to make it appear your delivery time but you exactly need to have 11:59 pm 4/22/25 they are not honest at all be careful dispatch.

Stay away . They do not answer on the weekends. Had a driver stuck without loading due to their brokers not giving us the pick up number.

Absolutely unprofessional! All they had to do is call the shipper and give them the truck ETA. Of course I was assured that they did, but shipper said that no one called, and they refused to load me. I had to drive 120 miles like a maniac to get there on time... for nothing! The 2 people in Blue Grace office, stopped responding to calls and emails and no explanation was given whatsoever... On the following day the broker gave me bunch of nonsense excuses without proper compensation for the waisted time.

Wow, I wish I had read the reviews before booking with this company. We ran a load for them back in July BG639017123, that's 3 months ago. We still haven't gotten paid for the load. They don't answer calls and almost always forward your calls to an answering service. This service normally gives you an email to contact but no one ever reply to your emails. I have spoken to Rohan, Meghan, Evette and Mattie but no one was able to tell me when I will get paid. I think this company is trying to scam truckers. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and whom ever I can get some assistance from to highlight what this company is doing to truckers. Absolutely the worst broker by far!
