Live here for 3 years, first 2 years 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but right now to bad 👎. Two months thieves take bicycle and today Oct 24 stole a car and also thieves drop a other stolen car from victorville. Administration don't do anything like security cameras, security guys something like that.👎👎👎👎👎

Sewer smell
The septic system is failing. Disgusting odor reeking for months now. When something is said. We are told 'it just stinks nothing can be done.' Really? Not to mention the well water isn't fit for human consumption. Take these things in consideration before looking at Bear Valley mobile home park.

This place needs better management it needs someone that improves the quality of living of this place it smells really bad. The park employees must monitor and maintain waste sewage lines and pumps. This is an issue of not having properly trained and licensed professionals on the scene during those emergencies. Residents have a right to be concerned about the quality and thoroughness of the work performed by inexperienced park employees. This is an urgent matter of this mobile home park!!

I use to live there not too long ago and the place itself isn’t bad BUT the manger they have now is horrible. He discriminates against people and even his wife is rude to the people there. He breaks all the rules and allows those who he likes to do so as well. He makes it a very hostile environment to live in.

Not the most appealing place seems like it's gone down hill this past year.. people have alot of junk outside their mobile homes. Swimming pool equipment all exposed should have been hidden by a wood fence or covering.. place just looks like it needs some maintenance and rules set for people that live their about their over flow of items outside their homes. No mobile home set park rules about clutter?
