this is a great, professional and high-quality green screen studio right in convenient Chelsea for very affordable prices! i emailed with Bill throughout the process and he was incredibly timely, helpful and informative both via email and in person. will definitely recommend this place to colleagues and will book again!

An oasis in a desert!
Finding this moderately sized studio at last minute saved our shoot!
Affordable too!
The owners are so hospitable & accommodating.
We didn’t use green screen today- but they helped us build 4 different “home” environments with ease.
Other than an occasional honk outside- we had no problems rolling sound.

This studio is a wonderful space. We rented it for a video shoot and our hosts Bill and Carol were amazing. They have all the amenities one would expect, great location, very professional.
Quiet, great for conducting interviews or any other type of production. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

Bill Cote offers an oasis for video production and produced my beauty tutorials. He is not only a master lighting director but excellent DP who cared about the overall look and feel of my work. His studio offers excellent props, editing and locations that provided me with everything I was looking for.
