No Porch Pirates Here!!
After having mail and packages stolen from my house not once, but twice, I decided to get rental mailbox. After calling around, Apple Valley Postal had the best prices around. The store is very clean, protected with cameras, and the owner, Val, is funny, kind and went out of her way to make the rental process fast and simple. They took care of packing and shipping all my Christmas presents and everything got to my family in perfect condition and on time. The staff is helpful, friendly, and always happy to see me when I pick up my mail. I can't recommend this place enough.

🟡UPDATE: On 07/17/2024 @ 2:44pm, the store owner called me back personally, to see about my concern & what she could do to help out, ON HER OFF DAY. She was nice & UNDERSTANDING, & made me feel like my concerns actually mattered. She said she would talk to the employee that originally hung up on me. Talk about AMAZING service!

I called on 07/17/2024, a little after noon. I was trying to ask for assistance, when the associate HUNG up on me! I called back several times with no response, but BEST BELIEVE I'm calling them back to REPORT her ASAP! This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE, & this associate should be held accountable 🔴💯
