I was impressed from the minute I walked in. Jake, the owner, helped me with the plan to determine my need for brakes. He would call in an hour, he did! He said they would replace them and assess any other questionable findings. He called again. There were a few items that probably should have been addressed during previous maintenance, but had not been. There was no pressure. We decided to have them complete the list.

The job was done by the end of the day. I was given a full report of repairs. And a guarantee. Plus, he billed me less than quoted, as a new customer!

The location is clean and comfortable. Jake was as professional as any I have ever come across.

He is now ‘Our go-to guy’

Anderson Automotive is THE best around. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. They always answer any questions I have and are so helpful. We’d actually heard about Anderson Automotive through a mail ad, and when my wife’s coworker also recommended them, we decided to give it a shot. Typically, going to the mechanic is one of those things I dread—especially since it's hard to find a place that feels trustworthy. But I can honestly say Anderson Automotive exceeded all expectations.

We went in for a routine oil change, but the team found a couple of more serious issues: our tires were worn down to the cords, and an oil leak had started to wear out the transmission mount. Jake sat down with us and explained everything in detail, and what really impressed me was how he made sure my wife and I both understood exactly what was going on. He showed us photos and videos, prioritized the repairs, and laid everything out so there were no surprises. I’ve never had a mechanic take that much time to make sure we knew what we were getting into.

The team at Anderson Automotive ordered the new tires, got the repairs done, and had our car ready by the end of the next day. Jake even tried to help us get a rental car in the meantime, though we didn’t end up needing it. What started as a $50 visit turned into over $1,000 in necessary repairs, but honestly, with how well everything was handled, it was worth every cent. We both felt completely confident in the work being done, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.

If you’re looking for a mechanic you can actually trust to be transparent and thorough, Anderson Automotive is the place to go. Thanks to Jake and the team, we left feeling like we’d found “our” mechanic for good.
