We have been involved with Behavioral health for a few years and I have had several appointments scheduled where they write my date and time on a card that I save...only to show up and I have no appointment. I live pretty far from them so it was a serious inconvenience. Almost every time since we have started with them there have been medication hold ups. The Doctor(Dr. Hyatt) is kind but needs assistance with medication refills. The only person in my opinion who is on her stuff is the nurse. When you have a adopted child on anti-psychotics and call and hear things like...well the doctor is out we don’t know what we can do....after you have been calling for over a week when she was there, it’s very disappointing; a After which they say things like we never heard from you. I check my call log and see I have called several times....it starts to feel like gaslighting. I know many who seek treatment here including us don’t have any other options...but please stay on these people if you are on life saving meds. We have been kind and patient for so long, I can’t imagine others going through this and needing medication to keep them doing okay. You can’t trust them to do what they say, you will need to call over and over. Stay on them and if they continue to not do what they need to do file a formal complaint. If enough people do this, I hope our most vulnerable population can receive proper treatment and a better quality of care.

That dr. With the accent is not 9nly worthless, but rude and I needed to be weened off my xanax, but she gave me 10 days to do it, and I have siezers.
It takes 2 to 4 months to ween off, then the nurse said they offered me clonazapam, of course i woulda taken it, they said I refused it. Lies. Why would I rather have siezers and I have agoraphobia.
They need a real dr but no one formally complains to the office but me!
PLEASE TELL THE 9FFICE TO MAK3 FORMAL C8MPLAINTS OR THEY'LL NEVER GET RID OF HER!
My friend went in with severe bipolar disorder or something, she said you talk great, u look great, your fine.
Ends up he's skiitzofentic ? And after seeing the therapist, she didn't notice the signs? He was having violent outbreaks on me, has been in jail for it 5xs, he needs mental health! He's tried to kill himself but he won't go back, can't find a psychiatrist anywhere!
I used to be ok about 10 years ago with the video monitor, but then it was gone, they took all my sleep meds away, as he sips his tea, he said, try warm milk..oh, my, God. Who drinks warm milk!?
I give the therapists a 10, but dr Hyatt is no dr! She could have killed me!!!
GET RID OF HER! PLEASE COMP,AIN TO THE OFFICE, NOT ON HERE! I DID, MORE PEOPLE NEED TO, ITS LIFE OR DEATH

If you actually need help, don't go here. Maybe you're like me and can't afford any better of a situation, but this place has been horrible. Both the "counseling" and "doctor" are such jokes. Expect for the therapist to miss several scheduled appointments and don't rely on the doctor to help you with a diagnosis or medication help. The "counseling" sessions (when she does decide to call you) are pointless meaningless meetings about "just letting go of any worries and it'll all be good." It's just very unhelpful, repetitive, pointless, and a time for the counsellor to tell you just to chill out and get over being sad and then take 15 mins of your appointment to schedule an appointment she's gonna miss the next month and long pauses where she doesn't say a word to you cuz she's typing something instead of talking to you. Is been over 2 years and I still don't have a diagnosis or any medicine or support with my mental health issues. I'm at the end of my rope and just done with it all. I'm sorry if you have to go here for "help."

when it comes to prescribing medication, they do not take their patients seriously. i was on a new medication for TWO months before i finally got a call, very disrespectful and inattentive, felt like they were just taking my money and never took me seriously. DEFINITELY would suggest trying a different place.

Awful. Took my wife to get help and they treated me like a criminal. I felt completely villainized. I'm glad she is away from them. Horrible .they made the worst time of our lives even harder. No stars

Individual bi-weekly therapy good, BUT (and this is a gigantic BUT), don't expect ANY professional medical help. Doctors are on teleconference overseas as will prescribe you medication based on an approved memo on their desk rather than what you be been preach ed, and what works, for 15 years. Totally bogus!
