I have used All Mold Pro twice for mold inspections and then again for the post-remediation inspection follow up inspection, and I would use them again (I do not expect I will need to, but I would if another water event happens, heaven forbid!). Thank you Evan and Tom for a seamless experience, and especially for listening to my special requests.

I cannot express enough how helpful Tom and Evan were during possibly the most chaotic time of my life. Evan handled our mold inspection and continued to guide us as we dealt with remediation/rebuilding - having to manage something like this on top of purchasing a home was super emotional and frustrating to say the least given that we were already feeling financially stressed. Evan’s calm and professional approach was so helpful in helping us navigate what could have been an incredibly costly process. Even after we completed the work with him, he continued to be available for additional questions and concerns. I most recently reached out to him for advice on how to clean the mold in the silicone sealant of our shower, and he promptly sent me instructions on how to handle the job ourselves! I will always check with All Mold Pro first for any remediation questions.

All Mold Pro was very helpful in discovering water damage within several walls which another inspection company had missed. Tom and Evan have been very helpful in answering our remediation questions with patience and wisdom during a very tough time for our family. We have used All Mold Pro several times, as has a family member and several friends. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, take their time to listen to your concerns and answer questions, and provide a clear roadmap to address issues. We brought them back out after extensive testing as our family was having allergy/asthma issues and they identified a new leak in a crawlspace that a plumber had missed. They also worked with my budget to refer me to people who could help address it in order to keep us healthy and safe. As a mom trying to do what’s right for her family while also trying to be budget-conscious, I cannot thank them enough for their thoroughness and care!! Ask for Evan! But everyone is great!

My wife and I were concerned about mold when we purchased and renovated an older home. Evan visited our house and conducted a thorough test inside and outside our house. Evan was so professional and considerate of my 1 million questions! We had specific concerns relating to mold and our families health - Evan gave us answers and a powerful education along the way. Thankfully our reports came back without issues but even if the reports found something, we’d be in excellent hands with Evan and Tom. Super professional. Would highly highly recommend!!!
