I had an awesome experience with ACC & Engineering while building my commercial four units Plaza! From the first meeting, Ben was super enthusiastic and made me feel confident about my project. I had my own contractor and we needed Structural Plans & Calculations for my Business structural Retrofit after the city of La Palma send us a notice! Ben & His Team Came through! a lot faster than i thought it could be, and the quality is top notch!my contractor had many mistakes that we did not know anything about, Ben tried to correct him and tell him how to do things right, but it was very hard because the project had a lot of challenges, when i found out that ACC also do construction, i was relived and hired them to do construction as well, definitely will recommend them for any commercial plans design or construction!

I recently hired ACC & Engineering in Anaheim for my restaurant project in 2023, a dream I've cherished for years. Initially, I hired a different architect and contractor, but unfortunately, they left me feeling disappointed and frustrated due to their mistakes and mismanagement. I hired ACC in November 2022, to build a patio and outdoor kitchen onto our single family home. The reason I chose ACC was because I needed an architect who could develop a plan with varying roof lines. When I looked into aluminum patio companies, they all wanted to hoist the patio above my roof, ACC was one of the few companies that had an architect that could design a structure according to our liking as well. They also had an in-house contractor that could build it. I was disappointed because it took 4 months the for them to start working on the plans, but that was due to extenuating circumstances for the company. The patio and outdoor kitchen was completed in December, 2023. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of the work that was done. The design of the patio & the kitchen as well as the quality of the build was excellent. Working with the contractor was difficult at times, but I managed. The whole project ended up costing more money than we anticipated, but ultimately we are glad to have our new patio and kitchen. One final note: the architect, Ben, is well versed in the guidelines of each city. Trying to get a permit from the city was challenging, but Ben knew how to address all of their concerns.

I am a commercial Building Owner, and I needed a structural engineer to draw plans and calculations for a retrofit project in my smokeshop and also a company to do the construction. I was surprised when I found out that ACC can actually do both. Everything was great. Communication were great plans by the city and the construction went as schedule and budget. I cannot recommend this company enough, give this company a chance and you will see that he has someone you can trust and someone very honest

We were in the middle of redoing our floors and needed a crack in our cement slab patched up quickly. We contacted ACC & Engineering, and Ben came out within two days for an assessment, and gave us a very competitive quote for the job. One of the workers, Johny, was able to come out two days later and did a great job with patching the crack and sanding it down until it was level. We greatly appreciated the quick turnaround and would consider hiring them again for future projects.
