Brennan was tremendously helpful after having an issue with the PPS website. He was kind and understanding despite the stressful situation.

It is rare to find a people in business who are genuinely empathetic and understanding but this company clearly operates with a higher level of integrity than most parking companies. My issue was resolved and I would gladly park or valet with PPS in the future.

Multiple times I’ve dined at restaurants that this valet service has a code for to be charged only a tip. Two times I have put in the code, then it says the charge is $0. When I go to pay it ends up charging me $45. Ridiculous

A friend and I went to a restaurant on lower Greenville this week and valeted with PPS. As she was driving home, she received a notification from Apple that an AirTag was moving with her and tracking her location. The AirTag was hidden underneath her drivers seat. When she called and spoke with Guillermo, he was extremely rude and invalidating of what had occurred. Very scary and something to be aware of. Usually my friends and I will valet over self-parking, because it feels like a safer option as young women then walking alone in a parking lot at night. This event will make me think twice. Be vigilant!

One of the employees (Dominique) lied to several of us about a fictional “parking fee” even though they were closing down for the night and I had to park my own car. When I spoke with owner Brennan about it, he was very defensive of her and called her a “model employee.” Sorry, someone who purposefully lies to customers is not a model employee. I would never feel comfortable letting this company touch my car.

I recently had the displeasure of encountering Professional Parking Solutions, and I can confidently say that it was an absolute nightmare. This valet company has managed to deliver a level of incompetence and unprofessionalism that I didn't think was possible.

First and foremost, the valet staff at Professional Parking Solutions seemed utterly clueless about their job. It felt like they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than providing any sort of decent service. They lacked the basic knowledge of how to handle customers' vehicles, and I was left questioning their competence and qualifications. It was clear that they were not adequately trained or experienced in their role.

Not only were the valets inexperienced, but they were also incredibly negligent. On multiple occasions, I witnessed them mishandling cars, scratching the paintwork, and even denting bumpers. It was shocking to see how little regard they had for other people's property. I was appalled by the lack of care and respect shown by the Professional Parking Solutions staff.

Furthermore, their lack of organization and efficiency was mind-boggling. The wait times for retrieving vehicles were excessively long, leaving customers frustrated and impatient. It was as if they had no system in place to manage the flow of cars. This level of disorganization is simply unacceptable for a professional valet service.

To make matters worse, their customer service was abysmal. Whenever I tried to voice my concerns or lodge a complaint, the staff was dismissive and unresponsive. It was as if they didn't care about their customers' satisfaction or the issues they were causing. Professional Parking Solutions demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and a disregard for customer feedback.

Lastly, their pricing was exorbitant considering the abysmal service they provided. I expected a premium experience given their rates, but all I got was frustration and disappointment. It's clear that they are more interested in making a quick buck than in delivering quality service.

Overall, my experience with Professional Parking Solutions was a complete disaster. From the inexperienced and negligent valet staff to the disorganized operations and terrible customer service, this company failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I strongly advise against using their services unless you're looking for a headache and potential damage to your vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable and competent valet company.

Don't let any of these people touch your vehicle. We visited the Aww Shucks location on Greenville in Dallas. The vallet staff "David" (Don't know if he gave his real name) left our car running the entire time we were in the restaurant. We just filled up the gas, and the AC was blasting, so there was a significant difference when we saw the tank. When asked, he responded, "How do you know?". Called the management, and he responded, "ok?". Insane. Don't hire them. Dishonesty, customer service is trash,and not responsible for looking after your vehicle.

They will gladly take your keys and valet your car without letting you know their hours of operations. Don’t bother calling as they provide no resolutions. Sorry excuse for a business.
