I can only express my appreciation for the fantastic work done by this plumbing service! We experienced a slab leak with our hot water system, and the friendly, responsive, and professional treatment we received from our first call to Barry in the office, right through to the completion of the job, was simply outstanding. The boss, Nathaniel, is wonderful. He thoroughly examined the situation before taking the time to answer all our questions and giving us his comprehensive recommendations. His work was precise and completely resolved our problem. He stayed in touch throughout the job and encouraged us to ring if we had any more queries. We were also grateful that Nathaniel and his team wore shoe covers in the house and meticulously cleaned their work areas before leaving. The rates were a bit higher, which was expected, but they arrived within 2 hours of our call. Barry was very friendly and polite. He listened to our current and past plumbing issues and treated me like an informed client, which is often not the case when women work with contractors. He was clear about the problem and the steps he would take. When his initial efforts didn't quite solve the issue, he adjusted our bill for a scoping service and ensured that someone would return first thing in the morning to continue the work. The next morning, we had several Pete the Plumbing Pro vehicles in front of our house. Once again, they communicated with me respectfully and understood my budget concerns. Together, we created an affordable plan, and they provided a quote for the next plumbing work I’d like to do soon. While plumbing can be pricey, they were much cheaper than other local companies I’ve worked with lately. Once the plan was set, Nathaniel and Barry got to work. They started with a water jet from outside, and when that didn’t yield the results they hoped for, they tackled the issue from inside the house, as roots were clogging the drainage lines. In the end, they got everything working but advised me about the need for future pipe replacement. I never felt like any of the employees were trying to upsell or push unnecessary services. I didn't initially reach out to Pete the Plumbing Pro when I encountered a sewage issue on a weekend. I first contacted another plumbing service with more reviews before considering Pete the Plumbing Pro. The initial company I called didn't return my call and wasted about two hours of my time. Subsequently, I decided to give Pete the Plumbing Pro a chance despite their lack of reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when they picked up my call instantly on a weekend and had Nathaniel at my place within an hour. Nathaniel was both polite and upbeat when he arrived. My situation was rather challenging as my sewer drain was blocked about 50 feet down the line near the street. This necessitated digging up the line in my yard to rectify the issue. Even though the task took roughly three hours to complete, the bill was reasonable. My positive experience with Nathaniel and the company overall has led me to associate Pete the Plumbing Pro with any plumbing needs I might have in Dallas.

I haven't experienced such incredible, old-school customer service in ages! Three years ago, I had a water softener fitted. It began to leak, and I discovered in the warranty that sun exposure could void it. Guess what? The softener was set up right under the sun! I made a call, only to discover the plumbing business had switched hands. But instead of getting into a debate, they honored what the previous owner should have done. They replaced the softener for free, and even went the extra mile to build a shelter to shield it from the sun, all at no additional cost. The level of customer service was truly astounding. I would recommend this plumbing service to anyone in Dallas! Barry and Nathaniel were fantastic!

Our neighbor highly recommended Barry to us. His professional approach and commitment to hard work are truly admirable. What initially seemed a simple plumbing task turned out to be more complex than we initially thought, due to some past remodeling. Much of the work was charged on an hourly basis, and I was pleasantly surprised by Barry's diligence in recording his hours and detailing what tasks were performed during each hour. The detailed invoices and organized presentation at the end of the job were all the proof I needed to know we had picked the right plumber in Dallas. Barry even dedicated an extra hour or so after the bill was settled to tackle our smallest concerns and even returned the following day with a complimentary bathtub drain plug, as ours was not functioning properly.
