05/2024 - I had a great experience with Andy Rabago from the Pro-Craft DFW area. He was my Construction Manager who managed a rebuild of my mother-in-laws house due to a major fire. Andy’s commitment to keep me updated was a major plus as this was a very long project. As time went by we were able to understand each other based on the scope of the project, work through small differences in ideas, understand the project including what my preferences were based on what funds were available. Andy was willing to make simple adjustments/suggestions that were in budget and made a huge difference. All said a win-win situation which provided a really nice final product. Hopefully others who are in need of the Pro-Craft services will get to deal with Andy. I am very proud of the final product and most happy Andy and his team of workers were able to manage and provide for my mother-in-law the way they did.

Also, much thanks to Terry Roberts, Tabitha Hobbs, and Angie Roberts who are in the main office for Pro-Craft in north Dallas. Very easy to deal with, understood my situation with being POA for my mother-in-law with dementia and her house that burned down by accident. Being an older person myself this ordeal was most stressful. These great people helped Andy work through the situation in order to help me manage the load plus easier decision making through to the end.

While no one wants to go through an insurance claim on their house, we are very happy that we chose Procraft. They have been very kind and have worked through difficult challenges with insurance, house quirks, and overall have made us feel comfortable with a large-scale restoration and rebuild project. We recently experienced damage due to a faulty hot water heater that flooded the back portion of our house. Pro-Craft sent out Chris Reyna to manage the relocation of our contents while the clean-up and reconstruction were being done.

Chris sent out a team to do the pack-out of all the furnishings, etc. and move them to a temporary storage pod. The team of six he sent out were just the best! They were kind and courteous and careful with everything they handled. And when the reconstruction job was finished, another team came in to move all the contents back into the house. Again, great people to work with. During the pack-out and return of the furnishings, a lot of things needed to be discarded. I was able to selectively point out the items that could be discarded, and the Pro-Craft team hauled everything away for me. That was a tremendous help!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Chris and the entire Pro-Craft team for a job well done! We definitely would not hesitate to use this company again in the future, should the need arise. Thanks again, Chris!

My mother, in-law's condo flooded.It was very devastating for her to have to temporarily move out of her house
for 4 months. It was such a complete upheaval. Regardless of your age, leaving everything in your life for someone else to pack up and then when everything is finished Bring back in and put back in the right place is a very difficult thing to do.
However once we got everything completed and got her moved back in, there were certain things that were very near and dear to us that we could not find. Instead of this company telling us they're done and walking away from the situation. They sent a young lady named Tatum she was fantastic to put it mildly!
She wasn't even on the team that packed up and unpacked the house. She came out to help. She spent her entire Saturday
going through absolutely everything in the home ...in all of the boxes in all of the rooms, with so much patience and grace in a very stressful situation. She was compassionate and understanding.She took it as a personal mission and she ended up finding that some of the things that we needed. She is a true asset to this company and I hope that they completely appreciate everything that she does.
