Highly recommend them - after my mom passed away I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to start with selling her home. The entire team was amazing and professional, and Sam Rodriguez went out of his way to be compassionate and helpful. The process was easy and the price was fair. It was a pleasure working with Mikael Bjork at VanWest. We had a number of similarly priced offers come in all at once, and although Mikael's was slightly less than the others, the appeal of an all-cash offer, closing in two weeks, and not having to worry about the results of an appraisal or inspection, made the price difference worth it. Mikael negotiated honestly, and agreed to pay some unexpected closing costs, so that truly the only costs I as the seller needed to pay were my selling agent's commission and the pro-rated real estate taxes. Had I another property to sell (which I don't) I would gladly work with Mikael again.

Great people to work with. I had to sell my house due to the fact that i had diagnosed with cancer. My wife wasnt going to be able to make the mortgage payment, and helped me out on selling it was very easy to work with.

Very disappointed with this company. When they said we were close with an offer and then it didn't even come close. Like they were getting the house for nothing. Barely emough to pay off the mortgage and homes out here sell for 2 times as their offer.

This company sends way too much junk mail bothering people about buying houses.
When somebody doesn't respond with the 1st junk you send, you should get the hint that they are not Intrested in selling their house to you.
