Absolutely horrible realtors. STAY AWAY!! Multiple times we were walked in on with no phone call saying they were showing the house. Was passed around to 3 different agents. The last agent we had, Alan Brown, wouldn't even meet me to look at the house. When I called Alan about people just walking in my house he offered no apology. He got defensive, rude and arrogant. He stated our house was "grossly overpriced". It was HIS company that suggested the price!!!! We even dropped it by $50,000!! I've lived in Montrose for 17 years and will do everything I can to steer business away from this company.

Dale Davidson is the absolute best. Dale never tired of my nit-picky-ness even after looking at multiple homes. When I changed my mind and decided to build on raw land he was undeterred.
