I hired Greg to perform a required rental inspection for a home I want to rent out. Greg did a great job throughout the process. He responded quickly to my request, was able to come out to the property the next day, arrived on time, completed the inspection, and had the results to me a few hours later. He answered some questions I had and even provided/installed a needed smoke detector.

Greg also provided a wealth of useful information in the follow up email, including details on how to navigate Denver's rental license portal, as well as some required disclosures for any lease agreements. Above and beyond, and for a fee less than the other inspectors I talked to.
